How does country detection work?

Marcopass uses your device's GPS to automatically detect when you enter a new country. Make sure location services are enabled for the app to work properly.

Why isn't my country visit being detected?

Ensure that location permissions are granted and GPS is enabled. Sometimes it may take a few moments for detection in remote areas. Try refreshing the app or moving to an area with better signal.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Friends section in the app, tap "Add Friend" and search for your friend's username. You can also share your unique friend code.

How do I earn badges?

Badges are earned by completing various achievements like visiting multiple countries, exploring different continents, or completing challenges.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings menu. Please note this action is permanent and all your data will be removed.

Is my location data private?

Yes, your location data is securely stored and only used to detect country visits. We never share your precise location with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
